Every country has different policy about import products, If the customs apply and buyer reject the package and package return to sender, personalized order will not be refunded and buyer will lost $12. Refund only can be process after seller received the items back
If the package mark as delivered and buyer not received the package, seller has no responsibility to lost items in place, please contact your local post office to check if they send to wrong address or someone steal it from your place
If buyer not be able to get the items till dateline and it return to sender, personalized order will not be refunded and buyer agree to pay $12 for shipping it back or Refund only can be processed after seller receive the items back
